Dr. Agodichi Nwosu is a Board Certified Interventional Cardiologist who has been in cardiology practice for the last 18 years. He currently practices with Carolina Heart Physicians, a 2 provider private cardiology practice, which he founded in 2001.
Dr. Nwosu did his residency training in Internal Medicine at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, New York, New York.
Dr. Nwosu did his fellowship training in Adult Cardiology at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, New York. He also did fellowship training in Interventional Cardiology at Presbyterian Hospital, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Dr. Nwosu served as Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Alvin C. York, VA Medical Center, Meharry Medical School, Nashville, Tennessee. He also served as Director of Invasive Cardiology and the Cardiac Catherization Lab for 4 years at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, Fayetteville, North Carolina.
Dr. Nwosu is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC) and also a fellow of the Society of Cardiac Angiography and Intervention (FSCAI). He is board certified in Interventional Cardiology, Internal Medicine, and Nuclear Cardiology.
